Jovan has over a decade of experience in the health IT industry, including his PhD work in healthcare, innovation and data protection, which led to setting up Chino.io. Bart de Witte the CEO and Co-Founder of Isaree, a European AI company building an open orchestration platform and marketplace for medical AI agents.

He is also the Founder of the HIPPO AI Foundation, a non-profit organization advocating for open and equitable AI in healthcare through open science and collaborative innovation. During the development of the EU AI Act, Bart played a leading role in advancing the open-source policy agenda for trustworthy and transparent AI in health. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at IBM and SAP, where he led digital health transformation initiatives across Europe.
